After you have booked the chosen tour/service, you will receive confirmation from our manager. Your confirmation will contain a statement reflecting your deposit and the balance due.
The deposit amount varies depending on the chosen tour (normally it is 30% of your tour price). If the time allows, you can make a provisional booking without making deposit payment until the due time (mostly 2 months before departure). Full payment is usually due 40 days in advance of your tour departure, but may vary for concrete tour.
By now we accept payments by bank transfer. With the tour confirmation you will receive from our manager invoice with our bank details for money transfer. The payments must be made in EUR. Any commission fees and expenses set by foreign banks for cashless money transfers and such commission fees and expenses should be paid by Buyer.
