The hostel is located in the Fontanka river enbankment, alongside the famous Big Drama Theatre. The hotel occupies the top floors of the house and has a separate entrance. The hotel has 94 private en-suite rooms, which are designed primarily for single or double occupancy. There are a few rooms in which there is an extra sofa bed.

The hotel is located a 15-minute walk away from the Kazan cathedral and several metro stations, a 7-minute walk from Nevsky Prospekt and the Anichkov Bridge, where during the summer time there are few quays of touristic ships.
