Day 1. Welcome to Beijing
Welcome to Beijing. Recommended time of the arrival is before 12 pm. Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel.
Day 2. Beijing
Breakfast at the hotel. Visiting Tian’anmen Square and the Forbidden City. Lunch at a city restaurant. Visiting the Summer Palace. Dinner at a city restaurant (traditional Beijing duck). Accommodation at the hotel. (BLD)
Day 3. The Great Chinese Wall
Breakfast at the hotel. Lunch at a city restaurant. Visiting of the Great Chinese Wall. Dinner at a city restaurant. Departing Beijing on the Chinese train. (BLD)
Day 4. Erlian
Breakfast onboard. Arriving to Erlian. Lunch at a city restaurant. Border crossing and changing for Imperial Russia train. Departure from Erlian. Dinner onboard. (BLD)
Day 5. Terelj National Park
Breakfast onboard. Arriving to Ulan Bator. Transfer to Terelj National Park. Arrival to the Camp. Lunch at the yurt camp. Excursion to the turtle rock and enjoy beautiful scenery of the surrounding area. Hiking tour to the top of overlooking hill to have a general view of the Terelj National Park. Visiting a nomadic family and get introduced to the authentic lifestyle and culture of Mongolian nomads and try traditional dairy food. Dinner at the yurt camp. Accommodation in yurts. (BLD)
Day 6. Ulan Bator
Breakfast at the camp. Transfer to Ulan Bator. Visiting Sukhabaatar square and Gandan monastery. Lunch Mongolian BBQ at a city restaurant. Visiting the Museum of National History. Climb to the Zaisan hill for viewing the city of Ulan Bator. Folk show. Dinner at a city restaurant. Departure from Ulan Bator. (BLD)
Day 7. Ulan-Ude
Breakfast onboard. Arriving to Ulan-Ude. Sightseeing tour of this unique city. Visiting Ivolginskiy Datsan or Rinpoche Bagsha Datsan. Traditional local welcome. Excursion program, reception in a traditional buryat yurt, folklore program and lunch. Hospitable Buryats will teach you how to cook the traditional Buryat dish pozy, how to play dice, use a bow, wear a traditional Buryat costume, assemble and disassemble a felt yurt. Day 8. Baikal Lake
Breakfast onboard. Arriving to Port Baikal. Ferry trip to the Listvyanka village, the closest one to Irkutsk of all the settlements on the shores of Lake Baikal. Lunch at a village restaurant. Visiting Baikal Museum which displays the flora and fauna of the lake. Listvyanka sightseeing. Visiting local fish and souvenir market. Departure from Port Baikal. Dinner in a form of a picnic on the shore of the lake. (BLD)
Day 9. Irkutsk
Breakfast onboard. Arrival to Irkutsk. Tour to the historical city center including a visit to the Decembrist House. Lunch at a city restaurant. Visiting the Ethnographical museum Taltsy which is located in a picturesque place on the right bank of the Angara River. Free time at the “130 quarter” – “Irkutskaya Sloboda”, a quarter with reconstructed city buildings of the 19-20 c. Dinner at a city restaurant. Departure from Irkutsk. (BLD)

Breakfast onboard. Arriving to Kazan. Grand City Tour «Old Kazan». The Tatar capital is situated on the picturesque banks of the Volga. Within folklore program “Tugan Avalim” you will enjoy Tartar epic. Kazan sightseeing (Kremlin). Lunch at a city restaurant including a master class revealing the secret of Tartar Cuisine. Full payment due to be made 70 days prior to departure. 3. After cancellation of a confirmed reservation 70 days prior to departure of the Tour 50% of the cost will be non-refundable. 4. After cancellation of a confirmed reservation 35 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of the cost of the tour will be non-refundable.

Cabins description

VIP Car This type of car contains 5 compartments. There are two berths in every compartment: a sofa that transforms into a semi-double bed 120 cm wide, and the upper berth of width of 90 cm, a chair and a folding table.   Business Car This type of car contains 6 compartments. There are two berths in every compartment: a sofa that transforms into a semi-double bed 120 cm wide, and the upper berth of width of 90 cm, a chair and a folding table. First Plus Class Car Consists of 8 passenger compartments, 2 berths in each. Berths: one upper, one lower one. All compartments are equipted with a table with an armchair. Between compartments, there are four rooms with washbowls and shower cans. In compartment 9 there is a room for storing luggage.   First Class Car Consists of 8 passenger compartments, 2 lower berths in each and are equipted with a table and LCD TV set. In compartment 9 there is a shower booth with a washbowl. Two water closets: in the beginning and the end of the car. The air conditioning system is general.
